We met these lovely androids at the end of Shore Leave. When Dr. McCoy returned to the land of the living, he brought these fur-and-feather adorned dolls with him. He explained to an obviously jealous Yeoman Tonia Barrows that he merely thought fleetingly of two Rigel-2 cabaret dancers he had once admired, and these android doubles of the girls magically appeared.
McCoy quickly divested himself of the "showgirls" to please Yeoman Barrows. The "showgirls" moved on... one to Sulu, one (oddly) to Mr. Spock.
Spock was not titillated by his android showgirl, and he shook her off to return to the ship.
For what it's worth, Kirk also showed ZERO interest in either of these androids.
