Ruth Bonadventure and Magda Kovacs, along with Eve McHuron, agreed to travel with Harry Mudd to Ophiuchus-3, in the hope of finding husbands there. Mudd convinced them to ingest a Venus drug to improve their attractiveness, and thereby their chances with men. These two apparently were 100% down with whatever dirty tricks Mudd suggested.
These two chicks were totally amoral. Using the illegal Venus drug and their slutty wiles, they managed to have all kinds of fun with the horny, hapless Enterprise men. They seemed to get a big kick out of teasing the guys, and making all the men crazy.
They managed to marry a couple of rich lithium miners by episode's end, but we are given reason to believe that the marriages would be annulled, on the grounds that the use of the Venus drug to entice the men into marriage was fraud.
