We met her in All Our Yesterdays. She was trying to steal some coxcomb's purse but got caught. Next thing you know, the coxcomb and his companion were giving her a hard time. She screamed, and amazingly, a guy in weird yellow and black vestments appeared out of nowhere to rescue her.
The weird guy of course is Captain Kirk, sent back from her future, but she didn't ever learn that, and she never told Kirk her name, either.
She at first was grateful to him for his help, and she advised him to be off before the coxcombs returned with clapshoulders (police). When she heard Kirk calling out to Spock and McCoy, the superstitious woman got spooked, and she accused Kirk of witchcraft.
Worse, once Kirk and this woman were both incarcerated, she swore that he had used his witchcraft to make her steal, against her wish. That's a fine thank you for the ready help he had given her!
Because she is a thief, but worse, because she is a lyin' disloyal nogoodnik who brought trouble to Kirk even after he had done her a good turn, I class her as a villain.
